Todd Jorgensen is a certified Intuitive Cranial Sacral Therapist, driven by a passion to help individuals connect with their intrinsic worth. He embarked on this journey to assist others in breaking down emotional barriers, fostering a profound sense of fulfillment, and unlocking their highest potential.
Professionally, Todd is the President and CEO of G Cubed, dedicated to helping organizations unlock the full potential of their people. G Cubed provides a transformative solution for private equity firms and corporations, enabling them to measure, track, and elevate workforce fulfillment and engagement. By emphasizing personal well-being as the foundation for professional success, Todd aims to create environments where individuals thrive, thereby driving sustainable growth for organizations. With over 20 years of experience as a sales leader, Todd has consistently prioritized people in both personal and professional settings. He believes that when individuals grow personally and find fulfillment, they naturally perform at their best in all aspects of life. At G Cubed, Todd’s mission is to create a culture of growth, gratitude, and giving—empowering people to become better leaders, dedicated employees, and positive contributors to their communities.
Todd’s personal journey is intricately linked with his professional endeavors. He values authentic relationships and has devoted his career to empowering others to reach their fullest potential. Todd is married to his best friend, Kami, and together they lead a blended family of eight. They enjoy traveling, staying active, and cherishing life’s simple moments. Todd champions the belief that giving enriches both the giver and the receiver, and that the key to overcoming any challenge lies in gratitude and active learning. This core value drives his work at G Cubed, where he is committed to fostering fulfillment, resilience, and a focus on what truly matters in both personal and professional contexts.
Carrie is a UK journalist and author of The Virgin Monologues, Prude, The Noble Renaissance (Harper Collins) and The Legacy Letters. Before becoming a pastor at a church in Northern California, she worked in the film and TV industry as a producer. These days she is an advocate for vulnerable children working on global campaigns such as The Orphan Myth Campaign, and is on the board of All In Fostering Futures charity. She’s a coach and foster parent, focusing on building character.
In her twenties she trained in the learning and development departments of corporate media, focusing on character and personal effectiveness, providing companies with robust and dynamite approaches that helped companies get more from their employees, whilst employees discovered more personal fulfilment. She became qualified by the CIPD (certified institute for personal development). This is the reason why she wishes to serve the vision of Lloyd’s G Cubed Formula and enjoys managing the projects the team are successfully achieving.
